The most likely is David Kincaid/Sarah Hodge, son of John/Elizabeth of Bath. His son David Nelson/Mary Ann Kincaid/Samantha? Kincaid. Mary Ann was daughter of William/Elizabeth Temple Kincaid. David Nelson is on the 1850 Augusta Co. age 35 so it is not him. David/Sarah's son John Hodge Kincaid/Juriah Gillum/Dorcas Henness. John died about 1860 Henry Co. IA. He had a son David Nelson Kincaid b 1841 Bonaparte, Van Buren IA. The John Hodge information was posted March 16, 2000 by Evaleen Flanders Hoeller. This family moved to King Co., Washington. Indiana may have been a stop before moving on to IA. I think Barb found a census record in Montgomery Co. IND, which is where Crawfordsville is that might shed a bit more light. Thomas/Isabella Kincaid Kincaid also had a son David b 1784 whom I don't know much about.
