    3. Andrew/Mary Caldwell Kincaid did not mention a daughter Elizabeth in his will. The court case involving the estate of James Caldwell, bro of Mary, does not mention an Elizabeth either so no I don't believe this is the same Andrew. I think Andrew/Mary Caldwell were in KY prior to Samuel Caldwell's move. It is possible he is the Capt. Andrew who shows up in Lincoln Co. KY where brother-in-law James Caldwell first appears.
