It is part of a collection of Acts and minutes of Parliament which I sifted through about 20 years ago. However, it evidently was in a volume which our legislative library did not have. I just stumbled across it today and thought I`d point it out given its value to many. Google has a poorly scanned copy at: http://books.google.ca/books?id=EilDAAAAcAAJ&pg=RA1-PA39&dq=%22allexr+kincaid%22&hl=en&ei=TcV1TdPDFYeJ0QHCy8zgBg&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CDIQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q&f=false which only catches the beginning and end of it. You can see his name though here and you can get the source details from the cover. It is in the appendix at pages 38 and 39. Best wishes! Found the full abstract in the online site for the Acts of Parliament. The funny thing is that I could not get it via their search feature. Since I had the date I was able to find it by their browse feature. Makes me wonder what else I may have missed that is buried in the online version. See: http://www.rps.ac.uk/search.php?action=fc&fn=williamii_trans&id=id23787 Best wishes! Peter ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter A.
