OK, I mixed up that one. The phony address was Robert's and he was the one supposedly sending the email because he was stuck in the UK. The recipient was me. This scam is going around all over the place just as it did a couple of years ago. Please everyone, use your delete key even if you get an email from a known relative. It's impossible for any phisher to get names from a Rootsweb mail list. There are too many hoops to jump through. One has to type the letters/numbers to get a single address. There is also a program where the email address is within a noise screen to prevent a cruising thing from picking it up. Sometimes I will get a phishing letter from myself. Weird.
