    3. In the History of Woodford County, Kentucky, there is a list of residents who were receiving Revolutionary War pensions in 1810. From my understanding, in 1810, only officers and disabled veterans were eligible for pensions. Is that correct? On the list is a John Kinkead, likely the son of John/Margaret Kinkead of Woodford County. The original list appears in the May 1920 issue of The Kentucky State Historical Society Register by William E Railey. No source information was given as to how he obtained/compiled the list. On fold3, it looks like only pension applications after the 1834 act are available which has the brothers Joseph (husband of Nancy Dickinson) and Thomas (husband of Susannah Hull). I've tried navigating the National Archive web site, but I'm still unclear on who to contact about obtaining records. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, John
