Dear Norman; I can help with two of your listings. Tennessee 1860 Richie B Kincaid This is Richie Brownlow Kincaid son of Richie Kincaid and his wife Margaret Maupin. Richie sr. was the youngest child of John Kincaid and his wife Nancy Young. Ritchie was born 16 July 1856 and died 13 Jan 1860. Tennessee 1880 Susan Kincaid This is Susan Wilson wife of William Harrison Kincaid and daughter of David Robert Wilson and his wife Elizabeth Cawood. Susan was born 1 April 1807 and died 10 May 1880. She is buried behind the barn on the old homestead on Russell Lane in Claiborne County, Tennessee. When she died she was so heavy that her coffin had to be pulled by a "stone boat" up the hill to the grave. (a "stone boat" was a wagon on skids used to take stones from a field to the side/corner of the field.) Hope that this is a little help to you in your project. Well done; in kinship; James -----Original Message----- From: kincaid-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:kincaid-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Norman Kincaide Sent: Monday, September 24, 2012 12:17 PM To: kincaid@rootsweb.com Subject: [KINCAID] Kincaids in US Census Mortality Schedules 1850-1885 Dear Kincaid listers, I have just uploaded Kincaids in the United States Federal Census Mortality Schedules, 1850-1885 to the Kincaid Research page. http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~kincaide/Kincaid%20Researc h/Kincaids%20in%20US%20Census%20Mortality%20Schedules,%201850-1885/ http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~kincaide/Kincaid%20Researc h/Kincaids%20in%20US%20Census%20Mortality%20Schedules,%201850-1885/kincaids% 20in%20census%20mortality%20schedules,%201850-1885.htm I have added notations to two Kincaids who fall into my line in Wayne Township, Erie County, PA.
