Mann..whereas Archibald M Kincaid died 6 Jan 1837 leaving a will on file in Alleghany Co....Archilald died as an heir to the landed estate of the late Robert Kincaid, which interest is not to descend until the death of Joseph H. Persinger of the same county....now, for $31, Andrew Fudge sells the interest of Archibald in the lands possessed by Robert Kincaid at the time of his death to Moses H. Mann. Joseph Persinger intermarried with Nancy Kincaid, daughter of Robert Kincaid deceased.
