    3. Ha, yes, Martha would have been born about 1797 in Bath Co. VA. Here’s the source for the children of Joseph Kinkead. From Woodford County, Kentucky - Will Book L (1826-1828): “Indenture made 15 Sep 1827 between Isaac Whittington, Deputy Sheriff for Thomas Stevenson, Sheriff of Woodford County, of the one part, and John U Waring, of the other part, whereas an execution of the Woodford County Court office on 30 Aug 1827, in favor of John U Waring against the heirs and administrators of Joseph Kinkead, dec'd for the sum of $300, with interest, and the said heirs nor said administrator having no personal estate, he levied the same upon the interest of the said heirs in a tract of land descended to their ancestor by their grandfather, John Kinkead, dec'd, which was valued to $60, and upon their interest in some ground in the Town of Versailles adjoining the public square, being part of the public square as conveyed to said Joseph Kinkead, dec'd, and part of Lots No 124 and No 5 in said town, being all the remaining ground not heretofore conveyed from the said Kinkead and which by his death was cast upon his heirs. The tracts sold at public auction, where the said John U Waring was the highest bidder for the lands. Now the said Whittington conveys to the said John U Waring all the right, title, and interest of the said heirs of the said Joseph Kinkead, dec'd in the 40 acres of land lying upon Lees Branch and described in the will of the said John Kinkead, dec'd and to the ground in Versailles, said execution is against John D Kinkead, adm of Jos Kinkead, and as one of the co-heirs with Nancy Kinkead, widow of the said Joseph Kinkead, dec'd, and William Kinkead, Thomas Kinkead, Adam Kinkead, Margaret Kinkead, and Nancy Kinkead, children and co-heirs of the said Joseph Kinkead, dec'd. Isaac Whittington, DS for Thos Stevenson, SWC” From: Deanne Kincaid Sent: ‎December‎ ‎12‎, ‎2012 ‎3‎:‎49‎ ‎PM To: kincaid@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [KINCAID] Kinkeads in Arkansas Thank you go all the recent info on AR Kinkeads.
