Jan & Donna, Perhaps you can help me with a question I've been struggling with for a while. When my ggt. grandfather Charles Wesley Kimmel's wife Lydia Lenhart died, quite a few of the the children (about 10 of them) began staying with the Madison Shober family. Charles Kimmel's wife Lydia had died by the 1900 census because Charles was living in Somerset Co. then without her; and their children were split between him and the Shobers who lived nearby. Any light you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated.
