(1832-1876) (7) DAUGHTER - MARY ELLEN (1857-1910) Last fall I discovered who Mary Ellen's sisters married. Susannah Elizabeth "Lizzie" Kimmel married John K. Baker on 28 Nov 1885 in Richardson Co., NE (she was his second wife). Lizzie died in 1917 and is buried in Maple cemetery in Salem Twp., Richardson Co., NE. The other sister, Catherine Jane "Jennie" Kimmel married Harvey Alvin Babst on 19 Dec 1889 in Falls City, Richardson Co., NE. Jennie died on 26 Mar 1931 in Geneva, Fillmore Co., NE. I also learned that their mother Catherine Miller (wife of Noah M. Kimmel) died in Geneva, Fillmore Co., NE, though she is buried in Morrill cemetery, Morrill, Brown Co., KS. Recently I've learned more about their brother Joseph F. Kimmel's family, from some obituaries sent to me by a relative of Joseph's wife. Debby Bliss DebbyBliss@aol.com
