    3. John, Thank you for doing all of this work. I know that we have to take these graphs with a grain of salt because they aren't 100% accurate; but I think that as guides for us, they are absolutely terrific. It really clears things up a lot. I agree, I now think that my ancestor Charles Kilgore born 1740 died 1823 was a nephew/great-nephew of Thomas Kilgore of Cecil Co MD. We have the 1858 letter that says that my Charles had brothers named William, Ralph & Thomas and I think this is helpiing to bear this out. The 1750 tax list for Granville Co NC shows a Robert Kilgore listed and then next year 1752 it shows Robert Kilgore & William Kilgore. I think this probably shows that William Kilgore had turned 21 and was now taxable on his own and that he was the William Kilgore (along with Ralph) who shows up in Augusta District GA in 1755 with a wife and I think 2 children.
