He married (1) Alba Winscott (or Wainscott) 18 Jun 1829 in Boone Co., MO. Alba was born in KY and 1868 (probably in OR).Their children were; (1)Martha A. Kilgore, b abt 1834,Lexington,Lafayette Co,MO, (2)Minerva Kilgore, b. 25 Dec 1836, Lexington, MO, d. 04 Feb 1921, Cove, Union Co.,OR,(3)Nancy Kilgore, b. abt 1838 MO; (4) Sarah Elizabeth Kilgore, b.25 Aug 1840, MO,d. 22 Oct a924, Weston OR, (5) Alley Kilgore, b. abt 1843 MO, (6)Lewis Myers Kilgore b. abt 1846 MO; (7)William Kilgore, b. Jan 1850, Decatur Co., IOWA. Minerva Kilgore m.Oliver Perry Barnes 26 Jun 1854 in Princeton, Mercer Co., MO; The 4th of their 9 children, Arminta Catherine Barnes was my grandmother. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan emailed me and said that the guest book was a third party guest book and he didn't set it up as to email addresses being added. He also told me that he is the father of another son, Jamison Joshua Kilgore who is now 7 months old. Don is Jack's cousin. William Kilgore is Don's great grandfather and William Kilgore is Jack's great great grandfather but Jack and Don are closer in age than Jack is to Don's kids.... what is that, that 1/2 generation stuff. So, I told Don he didn't need to DNA test since we already know which line he belongs in... Thomas #1.
