There is an exact 12-marker match with 15 participants of the Kilgore surname project. I recognized several names from the Kilgore board, namely Roy, Gail, and Vickie. I'm still reading up on this DNA stuff and do not fully understand how it works with the matches. I just wanted to let those of you know in case you want to look. The test was done in my brother's name - John Kilgore, but the results are/will be sent to me. I have uploaded my GEDCOM to the site. If any of you understand about uploading the results to ysearch.org, please let me know. I'm not sure of the reason behind doing this or if it is necessary. It seems as though there might be a privacy issue. . .just not sure.
