I'm just getting ready to make a trip to Tallahassee, FL to visit the State Archives to see if I can find the names of my great grandfathers parents. He served in the Civil War and was married twice in Duval County (Jacksonville) and had 11 children there. Have any of you had any experience at State Archives? This will be my first trip.
