I have been on this list for about a year now. I looked forward every day to see what humor, new antic's and fun I could look forward to in the morning's mail and all day long. You guys always brought a smile to my face each and every day! I miss Randy's humor and his wonderful new idea's about things for us to do!. I am sorry there is someone who thinks we are too chatty and that we should stay a "facts only Mamma" list. What next? Can we still ask for prayer requests now or is that going to far too? I have not seen any since the post about us being too chatty? Are we all in that good of health? or just don't want to offend someone by asking? Well I will ask, sorry if it offends. I have a prayer request. My Cousin's (not a Kilgore) daughter and son in law were in a bad accident last weekend. She came out with scratches and bruises. He crushed both his legs. They did surgery earlier this week and he seems to be doing OK right now. Please keep them in your prayers for a full and speedy recovery. Sorry if I sound hard, but I have been on some lists where you could not say a word that was not about facts or requests for information. I thought we had a different list here. Am I wrong? I sure miss the fun times! Carol
Carol, I'm new on the list & I am pretty quite because I am having a very hard time with my VERY Mysterious Kilgore Grandfather. I am waiting & waiting & waiting for pension records I like to be accurate with any information before I can move forward with anything. I will pray for your cousin who got in the accident & crushed his legs. I crushed a leg in a horse accident(ouch) & I felt much compassion for him!!! Carol, I have been away from the board for about a year and I was wondering what happened to all the really delightful people who came up with the zaniest things. I missed that. I also used to like the caring level that was displayed on the board. One felt like they knew the others as real paople. I used to be quiet and just read, but think I will start becoming more active. Hi Carol, That will teach me to go to sleep without checking my mail, I missed all the action. So typical!!! I am also new to the list, and I agree with you that we need to keep our new found families in our prayers and involved. I will keep your family in my prayers Carol and hope for a speedy recovery.
