Does anyone know why Kilgores would have migrated from Scott Co VA to Phelps Co MO? "My" David Kilgore (b. 1834), son of Robert III, went there, not sure when but is in the 1870 census in PhelpsCo MO. Also, does anyone have information on David (wife Margaret "Peggy" Powers) and their family? I have some info on their 12 children but it is not complete.
