I think Benjamin Kilgore 's Will was proved September 1802 in Livingston, Ky. Allen Atkinson sent me his will in 1998. I don't have the original but I can send you the information that Allen sent to me.. I have the same date of Sept. 1802, Livingston, KY, but the DAR says this may well not be "our" Capt. Benjamin KILGORE, husb. of Jane, and who fought in the ARW.
