Actually I do have access to the 1900 by way of Ancestry.com, but it has no index and is difficult to search. We are leaving for a trip the end of this week. We'll be back by the 12th. If you could write me again and tell me the voting districts, towns, states, I found the others in for 1880, then I could look w/out it being so crazy. Without an index, you have to just read page aft. page aft. page aft....you get the idea. Please write; I'll be happy to search for you! God bless, and Happy New Year! Although, I can't find the exact match now this will be helpful for later. I think checking the 1900 census for William Kilgore with a son named James Robert (Bob) Kilgore born about 1884 might be the next best bet in finding this William. Since Bob wasn't born until 1884, and there is basically no 1890 census, I think looking at the 1900 census might be the way to go. You probably don't have access to the above info.
