While I realize this email was for Jerry I must respond. I for one have seen a lot of valuable information passed around on this list. Although we may not post a lot of that information on a daily basis we do post as we find. Many people have contributed tot his list information that does not even pertain to their line of Kilgore's but they find the information worthy to share knowing that it may help out another Kiglore. As for the welcomes, we all feel that we are family here and welcome anyone new tot he list in a manner in which a long lost relative had just arrived. Maybe, if you have not already done so, you should check the archives to see the wealth of information that has been passed from other members. If it was not for Jenna I would not have my Howard Killgores first marriage information. I know that I posted information a long time ago that helped someone else out as well. WE all have our lives outside of the computer and not always do we get to go to the archives to do any research. I for one am a full time Mom and wife, part time student and part time webmaster. I do research in between terms at school. I know many others work outside of the home as well and others are retired enjoying life. It is also winter and more difficult in some places to get out and check on our lines. I will not apologize for the welcomes. It is a great feeling to know that someone is out there to help if I need it. Sincerely Yours Dorothy Hober

    2. Eunice Chapmond - Kilgore
    3. I agree with Dorothy, I have been on this list for a long time and still have not found the right John Benjamin Kilgore , but I will stay, and read every word that comes over this list. This is one of the best list I have ever been on. And I am not even a Kilgore, (my husband is). But I sure do get a lot out of this list. It is a list I can count on. Eunice Chapmond - Kilgore P.S. Don't guess he had my John B. Kilgore either . ----- Original Message ----- From: <DdHober@aol.com> To: <KILGORE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, February 27, 2002 7:25 AM Subject: Re: [KILGORE] Re: KILGORE-L > In a message dated 2/26/02 10:39:18 PM Pacific Standard Time, > jkilgore@charter.net writes: > > > > am realizing that I'm not > > getting much out of it and would like to be removed. > > While I realize this email was for Jerry I must respond. > I for one have seen a lot of valuable information passed around on this list. > Although we may not post a lot of that information on a daily basis we do > post as we find. . > As for the welcomes, we all feel that we are family here and welcome anyone > new tot he list in a manner in which a long lost relative had just arrived. > I will not apologize for the welcomes.
