    2. Cousin Carolyn: You are just down the road from me. We had snow here in Redmond, WA this morning too but it has all melted now (2 PM). Did you know there were Kil(l)gore living in this area in the early 20th century? We'll keep LaQuita in our thoughts and prayers too!

    3. Hi Mark, Nice to hear from you! We had 8-10" of snow at our farm (rural Olympia) & in the city of Olympia there was not very much. We are staying home today the wind chill is really intense. We have horses & they are even wanting to stay near the barn. My Grandfather came out west & they had 5 children, all born in California. He traveled alot & was in many wars. My Grandmother & him were separated most of the marriage. He may have had another family out here too. We never knew for sure, but we think it may be the case. It's been my brick wall, someday it will be solved. There was alot of family secrets, but we cousins are now talking about them, it helps us to understand why my Grandmother always seemed so sad. My Grandfather died before I was born so I never knew him. Keep warm!
