Hi Cherise, and other new members of our list. (Oldtimers to the list may skip to the final paragraph!) I don't have any specific genealogical information to offer, but it occurs to me that some new members of the board may not know how to explore the archives from our list. Ever since Jerry and a group of rogue genealogists started this group back in 1997, every email posted to the board has been stored for posterity and is searchable. While I suspect that Gail and Jerry coach you on how to get at that list, from time to time we discover newbies who can't get at the info. If any of you out there need a step by step process for digging through this gold mine of genealogical detail, please email the board and I'll post a notice I roll out from time to time. Most of us have been on here for so long that we've garnered just about everything we can from each other. So we hang about in the rafters of the Kilgore board barn hoping some new member comes along to break new ground for us. In the interim, we've formed powerful relationships we've people we've never seen, and we tend to be a bit chatty. But we're still serious about our heritage hunt. Okay, so if a tiptoe through four plus years of postings is something you'd like, let me know and I'll post the note tomorrow. To all you veterans out there, I'm going to be doing a roll-call in the coming days, and if you don't answer, I'm gonna show up at your dinner table in a hula skirt, purple boxer shorts, and tinfoil fingertips and sing a Congolese mating ditty to your pastor's wife...starting with Barbekay and Allen!
