Hi Gail, This is Karen, Ron's wife. Ron is already gone to work. He has read your letter and left it up for me to find knowing I would respond! (imagine that!) Thank you so much for the letter. I was going to write to you anyway about this. I have suggestion. I don't know how to accomplish it though. Somehow, I think we need to get the word email out of the address. I had to have my mom do that. When Qwest was bought out by msn, they sent (and still do) to anyone who wrote us, a change of address. Well, I have had to tell most everyone to take the 'email' word out! They are frustrating. We don't want to be without the list though. After your letter came this morning, we received another letter informing us we have been bounced off. I had resubscribed last night. Can you help me or just tell me what to do? We enjoy the "FAMILY" way too much to let you go!
