Everyone, Well, I made it through today. I went to the funeral home, & then I left to go to hospital to be with my friend's family. They upgraded her from critical to serious, so she is a little better! That was the first good news! Then her sister & children insisted that I take a turn & go in to see her. Soon as she saw me, she reached out her arms & started crying & told me she loved me, that she was afraid that she wouldn't get a chance to tell me. I'm sitting here crying joyous tears because the Good Lord gave me a chance to tell her that I loved her & how much she has meant to me. I was so afraid that I wouldn't be given the chance to tell her again. She is still in bad shape, but she was in better shape than before. She is scared. She hasn't had time to deal with the cancer. It's only been a week since she found out. Thank you, Kay, Ramona, Joann, Lynn, Dolores, Mary, & Grandma Fern for your kind words. Grandma Fern, that was a lovely poem. Thank you. And thank all of you for your prayers. They mean a lot to me. Please keep her on your prayer list. You all are a wonderful bunch of people!!! Bobbie
