Beany was a little boy that wore a beanie cap - skull cap with a propeller on top and Cecil was a dragon or sea serpent like creature. They were in late 50s to early 60s prob. I think they were even on some times when my boys were small in the late 1970s to early 1980s. Nancy: benttree@bright.net
