From: Sandy <kfan@earthlink.net> What do you mean by "plain format"? Rootsweb lists subscribers are supposed to use Plain text in their messages. I had heard that they had fixed the problem & would change your text for you, but I set mine up for plain text only. To do this, look at the top of your screen & click on "Tools". Then click on "Options". When another screen pops up, click on "Send". At the bottom of that screen, under "Mail Sending Format" & "News Sending Format", put a dot in the PLAIN TEXT . Then click "Apply". I use Microsoft Outlook Express, so it might be different on another person's email. But I'm sure you will find it if you start exploring the buttons at the top of your screen!
