For the last couple of days, everyone trying to access the KY Biographies Project (Jeff Murphy's biographies) has been receiving a "page not found" error. I've had the same problems reported today with the School Photo/Yearbooks Project. At this point, the reason is not known (the files are where they're supposed to be, but somehow everyone's being redirected to other pages that don't exist). A report has been opened with Rootsweb so that they can hopefully help figure this all out.
