Hello Everyone, My Kentucky families include the COMBS from Clark and Fayette Counties. Benjamin COMBS came to Clark County from Virginia. He and his wife, Sarah RICHARDSON, both died in Clark County. Their son, (Gen.) Leslie COMBS (1793-1881) married Margaret TROTTER in Lexington, KY in 1818. One of their children, Howard Tilford COMBS (1835-1880) was my GGgrandfather. I am subscribed to the COMBS-L list at Rootsweb and the Combs&c list, as well. But, I have recently been given to understand that there is a private list for Kentucky COMBS ancestors. Does anyone subscribed here know how to access this list? Thank you, Leslie C. (Bridges) Kohler
