Am hoping that someone on this list will recognize this individual. However, the subject line is almost all I know about her. I don't have a clue as to her parents' names. What I do know is that this Martha Phillips, b. 1798 somewhere in KY, married John Payne HARPER on 12 March 1813 in Madison Co. AL, and I am presuming that she died in Jackson Co. AL before 1863(but that last is only an educated guess on my part). If anyone has worked on Phillips families in KY c. 1800 and before, I would like to hear from you and perhaps make some progress in locating Martha PHILLIPS' parents. Regards to all, -- Larry D.
