Looking for any connection to James McGowen/McGowin etc....b. ca1803 IN {most likely} m. Mary Ann Unknown .....They had I believe 7 children, only I can only find the names of 3....Daniel b. 1832Franklin Co. KY, Edna Ann b. 1841 Hendricks Co.IN, Susanna b. ?.....his second wife was Rhonda Golander....m. 1848 Hendricks Co.IN....they had 5 children....James b. 1850, Mary E. b. 1852, Josephine b. 1854, Benjamin b. 1857 and McCrager {Cager} Goins b. 1858/59.....This family lived in Franklin Co.KY and Hendricks Co. & Boone Co.IN.....believe that James might have died in Louieville KY?......they seemed to move back and forth between IN and KY alot.
