In Lincoln County, KY., 1799 Hugh Gaston was granted land on the Cumberland River. In Christian County, KY., 1810, Richard Gaston was granted 265 acres on the Elk Fk. Red River Malcom GALBRAITH was granted 400 and 200 acres close to Richard Gaston in 1804. James Galbraith was granted 14 acres in Christian County in 1820 also on the Elk Fk Red River In the State of Franklin, later Green Co., TN the Gaston's and Galbraiths also have close family ties. I was curious to know if anyone on these lists has knowledge of these Gaston's and Galbraiths in Kentucky.
