Hi List! I have an old photograph of my gg grandfather ROBERT WESLEY PRINCE b. 1848 d. 1908. (I'd say the picture was taken in at least 1878. He has on sometype of unusual clothing and I was hoping someone out there might be able to tell me what it symbolized. He is sitting in a chair with his musket beside him, He has on a tall hat surrounded by upright feathers, and his jacket and pants have sometype of fringe.
