Hello! I was wondering if anyone has access to the 1850 census. Leonard Sandford Brown was born in Ky in 1837. By the 1860 census he was in Clark Co. IN I am trying to find out where he is from and who his parents are. They were also born in KY according to 1880 IN census. I am wondering also if Sandford was a family surname. Maybe there were some Sandfords living close by. I am assuming they would have lived in the northern part of KY, but I do not know, Clark Co. IN is on the Ohio River. In 1860 Clark Co. IN census Leonard is living with James Brown 25 b. Ky. He was married into the Rippy family from Sumner Co. Tenn. Thank you! Marcia
