Does anyone have any information on a SAMUEL SPENCER that is listed in the "Index to the 1800 census of Ky"? He is listed as living in Breckinridge co. He was born on or before 1779 probably.

There is a Will for a Samuel Spencer in Scott Co., KY Will book B, page 346, Dec. 1815 It is copied in the book "Kentucky Records" vol. II by Ardery on page 158. It appears his wife was Margaret.
