Hi all. I am interested in hearing from other descendants of the BRANHAM's/BRANNUM's, most of which came from VA; and, many of whom went to TN and KY. My GGGG grandfather was Richard BRANHAM/BRANNUM who was born in Stokes Co., NC about 1789. He was in Cumberland Co., KY in 1820, and back in TN in 1830, 1840, and 1850. He then went to Logan Co., KY where his oldest son lived. He died there in Logan Co. late in 1860. His father was Barnabus BRANHAM who moved from VA to NC and TN; and then later to Cumberland Co., KY. Barnabus was the son of Michael BRANHAM of Westmoreland Co., VA.
