Is there a way to find out exactly where a person lived in the 1790s-1820s... From the Tax lists, or something??? ***Try the census index first to find the county. Then look them up in the the county census to find the district. Then try the land record deeds to try to pin point the exact location. But remember to look at a map of that time period because the names of places and water courses change over time.
