I need some help in locating the parents of Nancy E. Ashby who was born in KY on May 9th, 1822. I do not know where, but she marries in 1840 in Daviess county, KY to James Aaron Thomas, then they move to Henderson county, KY (later becomes Webster county, KY). On the LDS web site, there is an IGI record that shows a Nancy L. Ashby born about 1822 to Daniel Ashby and Cassandra Leeper, but I know that they end up in MO. That doesn't mean that they couldn't have been the parents of my Nancy, though.
