She was active in some historical societies in the area and complied a Maddox and Moore family history. When I was young older aunts and family members in my MADDOX side often wrote her of family events, saying that Anna kept the family history in a book of sorts. Anna died 8 Oct. 1982 at the age of 93. She had no known heirs and this family history she complied could have went anywhere. Anyone who is a member of any historical society around Louisville, KY, etc., would appreciate it if you would look and see if it ended in your library, etc. Thanks. >>
