Is anyone going to the archives or to a library that has a full birth index? I am looking for a Fred/e/rick Cornelius Watts born in1919. Supposedly he was born in Paducah kentucky but I found his parents in Akron Ohio. His parents were Fred/e/rick Cornelius Watts and Eunice V.
