I have a list of about 50 individuals, with their Social Security Numbers. I would like to get copies of each of their SSN applications. Judging from the prices for copies, processing feesand shipment charges quoted in Ancestry.com, this is going to prohibitively expensive (perhaps $50 or more, per name). Is there some way to minimize the costs of getting these records? Has anyone on the list had any experience (positive or negative) in obtaining these records. Thanks, John W.
