Judy, With your Adam and Rebecca names you seem to be in the same family. Nicholas coons also had a daug Rebecca mar Nathaniel Staples in 1806 Jeff Co KY. I've looked but there is no Coons surname list on Rootsweb- darn- I already have 2 of my own. Where was your Adam Coons b 1765-84 and d bef 1825 where? Where was he from?
