Exciting news! The restoration of McClintick/Sylvester Cemetery is finally underway. A crew of community service probationers were provided by Judge Steven Fleece's Clark County Courts' Community Service Corps. They worked for about 8 hours on Saturday, 5/9/98 and for another 4 hours on Sunday, 5/10/98. What they were able to accomplish was absolutely REMARKABLE. I've posted a ton of pictures on the McClintick/Sylvester Cemetery website at: http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Plains/5881/mcclintickcem.html Members of the Jeffersonville Jaycees have volunteered to come help us at the cemetery on May 23. Two crews of teenage volunteers from the National Acteens Convention in Louisville will be working at McClintick Cemetery on Friday, July 3. Great things are starting to happen in Clark County!!!
