Only one lion?????? Gee the Detroit Metro area has several and not in the zoos. those are all present and accounted for. 1. The Lyger-a lion tiger hybred that has be roaming around the Sterling Heights area of Macomb County. 2. The big black cat that appears every so often around Milford. 3. The other big black cat that someone video taped this spring near the woods by their place. The black bear who they thought was an escaped pet has headed back north. They now think he was wild and just wandered too far south. Probably decided that there was just too many people the closer he came to Detroit. Toni G.
