Hello, I am new to the list and I am trying to find info on CRANFORD's who either came out of Indiana and moved to North Carolina, or from North Carolina to Indiana. I have found a Marvel CRANFORD who was head of household in Washington Co, in 1820. But prior to this, he was in Montgomery County, NC. In 1830, Marvel CRANFORD is back in Montgomery County, but he has two sons who show up on the Montgomery County, NC census in 1860 as being born in Indiana. These two sons were named Kindred CRANFORD and Loveless or Lovelace CRANFORD. Is anyone researching Cranford's from Washington County or from the nearby areas?
