We will be meeting at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday in the parking lot of the "MEMPHIS TRAVEL PLAZA" (1361 Bluelick Road, on the EAST side of Interstate 65; _not_ the Davis Brothers Truck Stop on the west side of the Interstate). (Look for my red Windstar van; we'll park near the entrance and convoy to the work site.) If you join us, bring your boots! We have to cross two fences and walk across a cow pasture to get to the cemetery. If you've got a rake, trowel, shovel, scrap lumber for bracing, etc., bring that too. We hope to repair some of the smaller broken stones, probe for buried stones and assess the repair of the larger broken stones. The site itself is pretty clean as the property owners recently cleared it and built an electric fence around the graves to deter the cattle.
