Hi I am pj from Tennessee. I am looking for any info about James G. Jones died around 1849 , he was a well digger and while digging a well it caved in and buried him alive. He died leaving his wife and four children.....Frances L. (Franky) Starks, wife children, Mary P. Jones b 1841 Graves Co, Ky., Jackson W. Jones b 1845 Graves Co, Ky., James McClure Jones b 1847 Graves Co, Ky., Ann E. Jones born 1849 Graves Co, Ky........ on the 1850 census of Graves Co, Ky.....there is a James Jones age 75 born NC living in the household of C. and Mary Fagan, this is just a couple of doors down from Franky and her children. Could this be James G. (Garfield or Garland) Jones's father or grandfather? I have been at this brick wall for years......HELP!!!!!!! thanks in advance......pj
