Hi, I am new to the list. My name is Bessie Dutton-Dowell Hudgins. I was born and raised in Tell City, In. I moved to Ga. when I was about 15. I had no idea at the time I would be so interested in genealogy or I would have found out more from the older ones. <G> Now they are mostly gone or don't remember the things I need. I am looking for any info on the Albert Turner family. He was my G- grandfather and was married to Josephine Hemphill. They had 3 children, John B. (My grandfather), Leslie (who lives in Lewisport, KY) and Maggie (deceased). John married Jewell Izetta Green (my grandmother) and they had 3 children. Bessie Irine (my mother), Lela Maxine, and Ollia Mae. He also had another daughter by his first wife and her name is Josephine. She is named Turner and married a Turner from a different set of Turners. I know that for my 15 years in Perry County, In. most of my relatives lived in Perry County, In. and Hancock Co., Ky.
