Hi - I'm researching the BUTLER family who moved from VA to KY around 1805. John Landon BUTLER and his wife Mary Ann JONES lived first in Logan Co. and then in Christian Co until the family moved to MS in 1819. Their children included William BUTLER (b.1786 - my ancestor), Ruth (b.1790), Suzannah (b.1792), Frances (b.1793), Elizabeth (b.1798), Landon Carter (b.1800), Margaret (b.1802) and two other children born in MS (Burnell & Martha).
