Does anyone in the Louisville area have information about a Board of Children's Guardians???? Trying to find out information about this group that was active early 1900's. Trying to find out about an adoption that occurred on September 4, 1901. No birth records available on this person, he was deceased in 1950. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Glenn.
