On the Burnett family , I am looking for children of Amanda Harriett Walker who m John M.Burnett 1855 in Louisville, Ky, In her letter of Oct.1898 to her cousin in Tx, she wrote she had 5 sons and 1 daughter. this is what she said," my eldest son died last April leaves a wife and three small children. My son (?) Discie has 2 boys and 2 girls, Harry has 2 boys, May and Hercules have no children, my 2nd son is not married". So I have 2 sons she didnt name and Discie or whatever that stands for. She died ca 1918 in Louisville, Ky Amandas full name was Harriett Amanda Fitsallan Cox Walker b.Dec.10,1828 d/o Gideon and Eliza Watson Walker of Louisville. John M. Burnett b.May 3,1855 in Lou.died before 1891 in Lou.Ky. they lived at 1213 Zane Ave on 1891 city directory of Lou. they were Methodist. This is all I have on the Burnetts. thanks Joan in Tn
