Hi everyone! I finally got the tombstone I ordered for my ancestor Alexander Gilmore. (Government can be so slow! took two years!) He was a Revolutionary War Soldier and his tombstone was stolen years ago from the Hottel/Gilmore Cemetery in Harrison Co., IN Now I need your help. I want to have a re-dedication ceremony the same week of his death 155 years ago, which will be in October. I was wondering if anyone on the list has any ideas....maybe someone here is a member of the VFW or American Legion and can check on services they may be able to offer. A 21 gun salute sure sounds great! ;-) I have been in touch with the DAR, and they have offered to say the prayer and a couple paragraphs....but the rest is up to me. This doesn't have to be anything huge....just special. Any ideas? Any help? ;-) Thanks Dee Kentuckiana Genealogy http://www.aye.net/~dee1234/ Webpages By Design http://www.floyd-pavey.com
